-How do I log into the website?
Click on 'Member Login' on the top-right corner of the site > Enter your user name and password > You will be logged in. If you would like to make changes to your account, you may do so on the user profile page, also in the upper right corner.

If you receive the following message 'Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet', your membership has expired.  Please contact the webmaster at webmaster@southernsnowseekers.org
-I can't remember my user name, how do I get this information?
Click on 'Member Login' on the top-right corner of the site > Click on 'Forgot My Username/Password' > Enter your email address and first name > You will be sent an email containing your username.

If you do not receive an email or get an error, this is an indication that your email address is not in the system and you should contact the webmaster at webmaster@southernsnowseekers.org

-My membership is expiring soon, How do I renew my membership?
If you are in your renewal cycle, you will see a pop-up prompting you to renew when you login. You will also see a red button in the upper right corner, next to your name, that will take you to the renewal process.
-My membership has expired, How do I renew my membership?
If you are expired, just log in; you will automatically be prompted to go to the renewal process.
-I am not receiving the monthly eblast, how do I get on the mailing list?
Text the words 'southernsnow' to 22828 > when prompted, enter your email address
-How do I receive my member discount when registering for events?
You must log into the website first and then register for the event
-How do I access the members only section on the website?
You must log into the website first and then you will be able to access the members only section of the website
